A friend of mine has been playing 6-8 hours a day for nearly 20 years. He's a full-time guitar teacher and plays in a band too. He's a workaholic and tells me he's still constantly learning. He sets himself insane challenges, like learn a Dream Theater song by ear and master it in a couple of days. I can barely manage power chords and the pentatonic scale. He's a really humble guy too. Makes me fucking sick.
