Bone structure and organs, plus that study that showed trans women have more female-similar brains itself showed that trans women have brains more similar to other males than to females. It was just shifted in the female direction a bit but still closer to male. I'll see if I can find that one in archive in a bit.
Athletic performance too. It's not decimated by hrt like a lot of people want to believe. Strength doesn't suddenly drop to female levels from mere hormone use.
