going woke usually indicates that the product is already of substandard quality. In order to ensure they get enough sales they will shove in blacks/gays, degrade beloved characters, talk down to the player, etc in an attempt to entice left wing retards into buying the product to make up for lost sales from the product being fundamentally bad AND pissing off former fans.
Even if the woke elements arent that bad just getting a wiff of that shit will indicate to me that the studio behind the product has probably lost all their former charm and are banking off DEI investments and culturewar bux to get by over making a good game.
