German veteran? (By german law everybody who served is one, but seems wierd to compare myself to people getting blown up in afghanistan) here.
I wished we would have troops in ukraine, even if it was probably under french or british leadership. Russians are fucking annoying even pretending to be able to deter Nato besides nukes. This shitfest proves that no one can ever trust the russian federation and the ukies should have kept their nukes. The only beneficial thing about this whole afair is that the greens and hippies begin to realise that the world isn‘t a white collar office job where you get to complain to HR. I hope Merz manages to explain to and convince idiots that we need nuclear plants or even nuclear weapons of our own. People are to sheltered and indoctrinated into the post cold war peace and love theory here. The latter being a very german problem. We tend to believe to hard into things we are fed.
