We know we are getting a Wei ID (Yi Sang) and another Heishou. Assuming that they won't give Heishous to anyone that has them it removes a few amount of people

>Donqui is possible as Heath got both a Walpurgis and a seasonal ID right after
>Ryoshu is out since she is a bunny
>Meursault is out for Lei Heng
>Hong Lu is out for his seasonal ID
>Heath is possible
>Ish is out for Xichun
>Rodya is out for snek
>Outis is out for bunny
>Sinclair is out for Soldato
>Gregor is out for snek
This leaves us with a possible Heishou between Heath and Don Quixote.
