I woke up in the middle of the night (noon) because I needed to shit so bad and so much surged out that the toilet bowl was filled with blood. I feel nothing but relief and haven't done anything all day as a result. It's not 3 am and I'm the laziest sack of shit with a broken asshole alive. I have orks to paint why did I waste my whole day.

This. I don't think we have to go full eugenics over it, life is precious, but your life and society matter, too. If you can't handle it, then another retard baby dumped into the foster system is not a good use of anybody's time and resources. It isn't of yours either. It's a life of misery and suffering for all parties involved.

I think people get too up in arms over the value of life, but there's also I think a duty to make the right decisions for those who can't. Like caring for a pet. Nobody would think twice about putting down a pet that would suffer. We put down pets before they suffer too. Because we know that there are more bad days than good days ahead, or we just know we can't handle the burden and the options aren't great.

In short don't beat yourself up.
