My bigger gripe is the fact that Lalah's love for Char and Amuro is now a universal constant, brilliant way to suck out any form of agency involved in a story originally about people connecting together by chance.
The Shirouzu Char part makes this really absurd too. This guy was completely aware that Lalah's feelings for him were from alternate universes while he never met or cared about her, but after the ending of the show he just decides "welp guess i'm predetermined to love this one girl better fly to mumbai to fit in"
