Ehh i mean really anything where the animal is clearly "anthropomorphized", I don't think it's anything more specific than a "furry fetish".
Maypul from Rivals of Aether is a pretty good example of a character who is practically feral but i find hot. she can talk. In contrast, the orca character Orcane I don't find hot at all, it just makes animal noises and it never tries to stand upright or act like a person the way Maypul can.
