Everything that have to do with sexuality being show in a nurturing light is prohibited. But everything that is detrimental to personal transformation (Non-sense violence, same sex relationships, abuse and forced drama, obscenities, sarcasm and ironical tones, among other aspects of the iron age) is permited to be indulged. When you see characters so dark like the siblings, still acting like proper people with things to love and hopes and dreams, that contrast encapsulate the whole picture, and is more closer to truth; nowadays mainstream media in conventional, mainstream lens doesn't capture any of that, and it drowns the core aspects of human nature to appeal to the lowest common denominator.
