No longer exists. Russia bought an unknown number of Shaheds and support for them for about ~250k a drone (there was a leak) in exchange for gold and fighter jets. Iran was payed with 2 tons of gold plus a promise of Sukhoi fighters. They got the gold but Russia reneged on the jets.

Now Iran is switching to Chinese jets (some already delivered) and, we can assume, will never buy anything from Russia ever again.

All new lawnmowers being launched from Russia into Ukraine are assumbled in Russia (Yalabuga, Tatarstan) with zero Iranian input (92% Chinese parts, 8% Russian-made). They launch them from the back of pickup trucks.

But we still call them Shaheds because it causes the resident zigger shills to seethe.

Nobody in Ukraine freaks out about Russian chimpouts any more, we're extremely used to it.
Some people go to shelters, some sleep in their hallway or bathroom, others sleep in their bed and shrug about the odds of dying in their sleep.

Anyway, it was 426, not 1,000. A bit disappointing really but there could be a bottleneck in launch because they're pretty manual to launch it seems.
