Konami has a shit ton of money from gacha shit over the years and the cutscenes will probably be the easiest part to remake.
The hard part is the 200 character long list of licenses they have to thoroughly sterilize just to see this game jump out of PS3 hell. I know you jealous 4 anti niggers are craving to actually play this game for the first time and quit spouting that retarded "watch it on youtube xDDD" autoresponse but you'll have to wait a bit longer than a simple MC rerelease.
The game has copyrighted PhysX and Havok embedded inside the code as well as a laundry list of Apple, Regain, Playboy etc trademarks to sort out. It's basically impossible without a full comb through and the only possible solution is a remake.
