Sadistic Space Joker who's smart and egotistical enough to build giant robots of himself. A cunning tactician who gets in the fray and fights like an animal because he can and it's fun. An opportunist who sides with whoever will give him the most power and loot, and always comes back with new toys to challenge Samus' new toys.
What about that isn't interesting?
