Why the fuck is Seregios so fucking spastic? I hate this monster.

Lorewise in darktide, are the Moebian 6th the actual bad guys? If you watch the campaign cutscene with wolfer and the squad, it looks the commisar fucks up and sends them into a suicide mission. It seems like suicide missions are common if you are an imperial guardsmen.
