Pretty good. I'm slowly starting to fix my unhealthy diet. I used to eat like 2 fast food meals a day and then a bag of chips and a box of mini slim Jim's and some ice cream with sprinkles. Almost every single fucking day. I was a mess.
This past week I've tried to cut back and started fasting on some days. Today I had a couple of Cheetos (hey small steps, I used to tear up the entire bag) and after these wings I'm gonna fast tomorrow and maybe half of Sunday before eating again. Already lost some pounds this week which is good.
