Quick question boys, I just want to see if my gut instinct is right on this card.
If I use its ability, it brings a white, red or red and white card out for free from the deck, but if it's a tier spell like, say, Restoration Magic, I'd need to pay the additional cost if I wanted to use a higher tier, it's only the initial cost that's covered, yeah?

If i have an ongoing effect that reduces a white cost by 1, can I play a 5 cost card with this?
