You can remedy quite a bunch of it by DISABLING the Lumen (it's literally just a matter of adding one line into the game's .ini settings / steam launch settings), if the game's own graphics settings don't have it.
Just beware that if the game's designed like shit, it might make the game borderline pitch black at times. The performance skyrockets though.
All this and then some are the reasons why I recommend newbie game devs to stick to UE4, or just switch to Godot instead.

The UE5 vomit is hideous, and runs like ass. Even on RTX4090, even if playing at 1080p, the micro stuttering and instability of the image are undeniable. The forced RT in 100% static indoor areas is also inexcusable.
