What I mean is that if I specifically leave some job sites open (such as merchants, carts, carpenters, blacksmiths etc.) am I more likely to get villagers with trader traits/carpenter traits, as the game sees I have openings. Or is it always RNG with villager drops and I just keep eviting till I get the right ones.

Mostly want to do a village autismo run where I have a mostly fishing summer village, commerce autumn, mining winter and logging/farming/herding spring
