Posr marriage dialogue is kind of lame. In fact the dialogue doesn't seem to change regardless if you're in a relationship or not. Only thing that changes are the interactions. Why do they have to be so fucking lazy? Even RF5 had better dialogue.

To be fair, dating dialogue and marriage dialogue was the same in both 4 and 5, so here they decided to just save the romantic dialogue portion for marriage instead and cut it out from the dating phase altogether.

Also there’s still a good 5-10 based post marriage dialogue you can trigger with your spouse, it’s just heavily dependent on RNG and spamming the chat button. 5 to 10 married lines is still more than most Story of Seasons or unmodded Stardew Valley gets so I wouldn’t complain too much.

It’s also still better than 1, 2, and Tides.

I saw a guide online saying that you should quickly romance your preferred character before getting too far into the game. Why is that? I don’t care about spoilers just tell me if there’s truth to what that person was saying or not?

Yeah that’s what I said, both 4 and 5 didn’t have different sets of dialogue for dating and married life, Azuma is the same. Only now you can only access said romantic dialogue once you’re married instead of dating, so if anything it gives you more content to look forward to for marriage instead of blowing it’s load right away and having married life be not that different at all from dating.

But it does go against the canon that the "weapons" you used in previous games were special and had a spell that returned the monsters to the Forest of Beginnings. In fact the weapons just kill the monsters and they go there because they're dead lol. Always felt like some kiddie shit how they handled death in this series.
