So I understand that this game takes place in some part of the galaxy that's cut off from the rest of the imperium, so it's pretty much anything-goes-no-holds-barred. So what the fuck is done with the tithes and the psykers that are rounded up? I guess you can put all that fuel & nonperishable food in a corner with a sign that says "DO NOT TOUCH" but what about those psychic children that need a good ol' black ship education & possibly a free trip to meet the Emperor?
