She was naturally good at magic even without studying for it. In fact, she hates studying. With all that power and nothing to do with it, the most likely thing is that she'd use it to fulfill her ambitions of control and, just like Starlight, brainwash a group of people and have delusions taking over Equestria.
She doesn't even like reading books. That has never been her hobby.
