While liberating east Europe took stress away from us making Ukraine a puppet sending us many many resources and food as compensation it was still not enough to compensate the British naval blockades.
Our navy was sent on pretty much suicide missions and revolted while the homefront went downwards more and more.
Our army was still decent and could fight but only as long as the homefront feeds it enough ammunition and food.
There was no real way to stabilise the homefront with Austria Hungary collapsing too we were all alone.
The only option would be to fight to the bitter end like in WWII but we didn't do that for good reasons.

Is a bit oversimplified when the entente were controlling the entire Mediterranean Sea and could have started a landing anywhere anytime they wanted.
Russia did actually not much against the ottomans and was even pushed back in the caucasus mountains while the British did the real work and started the entire Arab uprising destroying the roach empire part after part.
Russia had a chance to get what they wanted for centuries so badly but they gave up and ruined it.

They lost against east prussia with 5 times as many soldiers.
They destroyed their entire offensive capabilities in their suicide mission against Austria Hungary.
Then got steamrolled by Germans within days without any abilities to fight back 8n any way.
