Btw, we don't have the resources for a normal mode. A normal mode that, realistically would just need to:
>remove the resurrection limits, instead, when the raid wipes you get a %- on the gold that drops in the normal version
>give people the ability to coordinate phantom jobs in the first room
>remove all body checks from the fights
>remove all the highly coordinated mechanics and replace them with personal mechanics that can fuck you, like phase 1 CoD Chaotic
You could plan that out in one day between two designer, have it implemented in 1 week and give it one week of playtesting if you already have the hard version. It is staggering this hasn't been done.
