when I think about getting a job/education I just spiral into feeling sick, I'm overwhelmed by anxiety stress and just get no answers or reach any conclusion, everything feels like I will make the wrong choice and suboptimal choice and will regret it regardless and fall short, I am still doing it don't get me wrong but I feel I will just fall short
