i like all those characters, and i'm really curious where toby is going with it all. 2 characters mentioning NEO, surely that's going to mean something at some point

i'm also wondering if mettaton's ghost design will look very diferent to the cute pink ghost fanon design, because toby seems to have made a point of not showing it at all yet. maybe he's a scary ghost.
