ARC works with madness in the basegame if you use something that scales with ARC, it just happens that the only options for that are the fingerprint shield and dragon communion seal
Building a bleed fingerprint shield and insta-gibbing players in pvp with the charge is a thing you know
Those mechanics aren't in nightreign
It works with all statuses in nightreign regardless of the weapon having ARC scaling or not
