Just be polite.
Some of them will fuck with your food anyway because they're having a bad day and they just want to take it out on you. You can reduce your chances of eating fucked up food GREATLY if you just be polite and get out of there quickly.
Also avoid fast food staffed by a race you are not a member of.
Especially if you're white and you walk into an all black crew at a burger place...maybe just walk out like you forgot your wallet.
