Fatbros, should I prioritize losing fat or gaining muscle? I'm skinnyfat and fucking short (5' 6") and can only eat about 1500 cals maximum (I always try to keep it at around 1200 though) to maintain weight. I've been weight lifting and my waistline has begun shrinking again. However, I'm starting to feel as though I'm not hitting my proteins enough because I get exhausted more easily then when I first started. Eating more protein, however, will probably stagnate my fat loss. What to do?
