Some big strengths and some big weaknesses.
People say she's hardly a puppet-character, but you still have to manage your puppet and meter. Great range and some nasty damage.
Overall, one of the worst characters, but even the bottom 3 of Rising is absolutely playable and can win against anyone. Probably helps that people forgot how to fight her.
