To the best of my knowledge, there's no Japanese equivalent of it.
I think 偽善者(ぎぜんしゃ) in the sense of "hypocrite" is close to it in meaning, but the word itself is not only used on the Internet but also in everyday conversation to criticize someone for being hypocritical.

例えば、サニーレタスやケール(生食用)の葉をデジタル計量器に乗せると、(葉の大きさにもよるけど)およそ8枚~10枚で100g超えちゃう。
サツマイモなんて大きいやつだと1個で400g超えは当たり前だしね。
サツマイモ1個で145gだと小ぶりかな~と思う。
それが石1個の重さだったら、なおさら軽いと感じる。
