Liberals have a myth we don't spend enough on education
The problem is our spending has no noticeable effect on test scores

Beyond a certain point education funding has virtually zero effect. If you have paper, pencils, a paper sharpener and access to books and internet, you can basically learn anything if you set your mind to it. It is just a case of getting over that human tendency of not caring about anything you are under no peer pressure to achieve.
