Beyond a certain point education funding has virtually zero effect. If you have paper, pencils, a paper sharpener and access to books and internet, you can basically learn anything if you set your mind to it. It is just a case of getting over that human tendency of not caring about anything you are under no peer pressure to achieve.

Really bad starting point to get your talking points from.

People still want teachers and classrooms. Online education is mostly ass, having no teacher/mentor or having ass srudetn teacher ratios is horrible for both of them.

Even then you need a teacher/mentor to guide you along the process and make sure you donโ€™t waste your time on useless/outdated material.

Not everybody is going to do a Malcom X and educate themselves to a respectable level.

Wrong. The internet gives you unfettered access to information, and also to mindless distractions. Given the choice between mastering a difficult subject of study or masturbating to pornography, the slope-brained average man will opt for the latter.

There are no excuses in today's technology based society, to be uneducated.

Check which public schools in the US receive the highest funding per pupil. Then check their performance.
