At a certain point better nutrition and more education spending has virtually no effect on test scores, genetics becomes the most important factor, however test scores are obviously are not indicative of a broad and well refined education. As we can see with "gifted kid burnout", you need to be more than an academic show pony to succeed in life, most education systems are flawed in this respect.
Risk takers tend to make more money, particularly in business, they are inquisitive and try to innovate and find an edge over the competition which can lead to them gaining a much larger market share, as long as they are not a gambling addict. There is also a correlation between people who start doing what make them a success early, as teenagers, probably due to high neuroplasticity, so finding some marketable vocation before they are 18 is important. Sociopaths seek positions of power and have no conscience, so they are more likely to rise to management, however they tend to behave erratically which is not ideal for long term planning and investments, so it is best to act like a sociopath in business without actually being one in general. Another factor is degeneracy, the more degenerate and detached from reality someone is they less successful they will be, modern western mainstream popular culture is highly degenerate, but at the same time kids need to be socialized from an early age. Physical fitness is important also, sports helps with this and socialization.
So the "best" education is basically to be a trad WASP who went to prep schools. Here the benefit is less the formal education and more the other WASPs, Jews and foreign rich kids they meet and a culture of business success and knowledge and also a nonconcussive sport like soccer. From an early age they are given pointers towards trading on the stock market, setting up a little e-business, with distractions like video games and 'hip hop culture' kept to a minimum.

Liberals have a myth we don't spend enough on education
The problem is our spending has no noticeable effect on test scores

Beyond a certain point education funding has virtually zero effect. If you have paper, pencils, a paper sharpener and access to books and internet, you can basically learn anything if you set your mind to it. It is just a case of getting over that human tendency of not caring about anything you are under no peer pressure to achieve.
