He died defending Shor yet both he and Shor are still alive, accords with the concept of Sovngarde fairly explicitly ; in any case all Aedra essentially died or subdivided (et'ada soul gradient meme from Demnevanni's Dwemer business) to establish the Earth Bones in varying capacities, so likewise Tsun willing himself into creation is in support of Shor.
Yffre was the first to "die" in that way after Lorkhan sealed everybody in with Red Mountain and nobody refers to him being dead as such
The nordic dead god(s) in a mostly OOG sense just refers to their presence in Sovngarde, the other mention is in the Prima Guide (lmao) which says something to the effect of "dead gods don't need temples because the temple of Shor/Tsun is in Sovngarde"
you will notice that Tsun is not actively worshiped now as an aside about worship comparisons, and the Alessian syncretic gods don't necessarily "count" even if they're derived from the same beings, despite the fact that there's no real proof of belief-based mythopoeia working. Z'en is also not worshiped actively but part of that is because MK shoved in a bunch of randomly colored herrings about Kothringi, Black Marsh, and the Akaviri in Valenwood which doesn't really lend to comparative analysis
you can also use the process of elimination on the nine divines relative to the totems
wolf/Mara
moth/Dibella
owl/Jhunal->Julianos explicitly
fox/Shor/Lorkhan
hawk/Kyne/Kynareth
whale/Stuhn/Stendarr
snake/Orkey/Arkay (see also Xarxes)
dragon Aka (etc.)
leaving Tsun and Zenithar unattributed and with an amount of overlap when you account for the kinds of societies they existed in
the other Alessian divines are combined or split from different pantheons, not from the same, so Stendarr's brother being missing is off
as a last note, Stendarr in elven pantheons is considered man's defensive apologist which still accords with "his brother" in the Nordic being Tsun -> Zenithar since Xen doesn't have an actual sphere described anywhere

It would be harder to fully domesticate bears as they're solitary creatures with no real benefit to living alongside humans. The reason we've been able to domesticate other animals is because we have a symbiotic or parasitic relationship with them, or because we target part of their natural proclivity for pack life (i.e. horses, dogs). Dogs and cats have a give/take relationship with us. Beasts of burden offer their strength in exchange for security from predators.
There's nothing we can really do for a bear that it can't do for itself, or that it would concede dominance to us as an exchange. Isolated cases exist like Bart, but overall I just don't see it happening any time soon.
