Beast races in the CK uses different eye meshes and tri files than the human/mer counterparts.

Theoretically could work, but those 3D eyelash mods are based off of human heads and tri-files, so it wouldn't move along with the eyes themselves. And if you're talking about the texture eyelashes, well beastfolk eye meshes literally don't have space for eyelashes.

TLDR; vanilla eye meshes are completely shitty even for bethesda standards. It's a reason why modders haven't tried to touch them.

Staves with rune spells on them will sometimes - often enough to be annoying - clip into geometry (at least I think that's what it is) and deal no damage when triggered. It never happens if you cast runes as regular spells.
Thought it was my list at first, but after testing with a stripped down load order I could reproduce it as easily.

No, it literally will not be worse. Nothing will be worse than a "statically placed level up potion" system.
Vanilla one works fine, you just need to up multipliers towards the end, which is easily done with Uncapper. And yes, Requiem and noxrab's mods do have slight changes to how exp gain works, you'll train light/heavy armor just for walking around in it, or magic school experience for having buffs of that school active + boosted gains while in combat.
Still, if you really dislike the vanilla system you can just install Experience and Static Skill Leveling.

I would argue the distinction between death as in "becoming an Earth-Bone" and death as in "something killed them" would be remembered differently within worship but we're talking about events before Convention so it can only ever be speculation.

Alessia's 8 Divines were derived from the varying religions of Tamriel like you said, and there certainly is alot of overlap. I don't think the overlap is perfect, though, or that you can look at the Nordic Totemic Pantheon as a perfect but earlier interpretation of what came after. Alessia tried to create a faith for both Men & Mer and some of the Gods of every pantheon involved didn't make the cut. Key example of this is Shezzar (Shor) who is not in Alessia's original 8 Divines because he's literally the Meric Devil. Elves wouldn't have accepted a pantheon with Shor in it. In my opinion, if Shor didn't make it, and if Trinimac didn't make it, I can't see Tsun making it either.

So is Tsun just Z'en? I don't think so. I agree that Xen is how the Elves remember Tsun, but that's Altmer stuff. Z'en is Bosmer stuff (and Bosmer stuff is a fucking mess I couldn't go there if I wanted to). Their names are similar and that's not nothing, especially considering how faiths warp over millennia which is absolutely a concept the writers lean into for ES. The main point of yours that I am challenging is interpreting the Totemic Gods of the Nords as just an earlier version of Alessia's 8 Divines. I think the religion made by Alessia was way more patchwork than that.

Now I'm an Old Ways enjoyer and I will say that if the characters of ES believed Tsun is Z'en is Xen then it would be so. Even if that wasn't true originally it would BECOME true, but I don't think that's what's happening. I don't think there is enough in-game stuff to make that connection or that it is cut-and-dry with process of elimination using the Totemic Faith. Tsun & Zenithar seem a little too different for me to make that leap.

The safest bet is SE 1.5.97 apparently, next best is AE 1.6.1170. I'm on GOG AE 1.6.1179 and having no issues with it even with a decent mod load, but some people struggle to make it work, and there are mods that don't support it (though 1170 mods still often work on it just fine).

I can only recommend MO2 as your mod loader, haven't touched Vortex.

Ted peterson prefers many different pantheons. He purposely kept the aedra somewhat vague so that you as a player could wrongly argue they might not even be real. It was kirkbride who tried to hard canonize the aedra and revolve everything around them.
The way gods were portrayed in daggerfall was way more interesting. Individual gods were worshiped in different regions and some temples were natural enemies.
