Hey guys I've been having occasional issues with my GPU and am not sure what's causing it after recently upgrading. I have a 5070ti and my CPU is a Ryzen with the AMD Adrenalin built in. I had issues in the past where when launching certain games (primarily Elden Ring) my screen would go black and it would lose connection to the GPU but the computer would still be running and not lose function, and the screen would periodically return. The other issue I've been having occasionally is that when launching certain games the screen will go black, GPU crash, the fans on the GPU go max speed, and its dead and I need to reboot. Like I mentioned, these only happen to certain games but it appears to hit at random. I've done full clean installs of the drivers on both (which resolved it for a while and allowed me to play Elden Ring). Any idea what could be causing this?

Any of you guys try these modlists on Wabbajack for FNV? Any of them good or worth the time? I'm not looking for hardcore or survival, do want lore friendly though

That was indeed the error, I removed it and the connected patches and the game no longer CTD on main menu. Now I can continue with my great labor, Thanks to everyone who replied and helped.
