>two weeks
Sounds like you have fully recovered from your last workout and now you are ready to perform one set to complete muscular failure.

>is heavier than Mentzer
At a significantly higher bodyfat percentage. His lowest, around 217 while still at a much higher bodyfat percentage is barely 2 lbs over Mentzer's 215. What's the Kike's bodyfat percentage? 12%? No definition in legs and not very much in the back on stage. Meanwhile Mentzer was ripped on stage. Probably 6-7% bodyfat. Mike was probably leaner year round when he was competing than Kike ever was in his life.
>Kike is objectively stronger too, they're on par with bench
Mentzer was squatting over 500 lbs with Casey Viator and his brother. He had to stop after a month because his joints started to hurt while those two kept going at it. And this was for reps. Menzter then stuck to the 400-500 lb range for something like 6-8 reps or failure after that and in his workouts it would be after doing a superset of leg extensions into leg press. Very likely would be much stronger than Kike Israel if Mentzer ever stepped into a power lifting contest.

Menzter's Bench press of 370 lbs was also when he was 15 years old. And even with a cycle, Mentzer's cycles were much lower than Kike Israel's cycles as most cycles were then. Mentzer was bigger and stronger than Kike Israel. Kike Israel is probably weaker than most of the guys who ever stepped into Gold's gym in the 70's. It's pure hubris on Kike's part. All those guys were probably stronger than Kike except Arnold on the squat. But then again, Arnold has at least a foot on Kike and has long legs.
