This is what I love about Kojima. He’s so (most likely unintentionally) fucking funny that it’s impossible to take him seriously despite how much he himself and his games take themselves seriously. I’ll never know if he’s just a massive troll, if he just wants to undercut how serious he is so he doesn’t come off as a snob, or if he just has a complete lack of self awareness. But I’m simply incapable of disliking Kojima. I fucking love this man and I’m gonna be sad when he croaks
