Well, if I'm wrong (which I still hope I am) and VLAN IDs do actually appear on the wire with a "Hyper-V external virtual switch shared with management OS", it should work down to Pro SKUs, as they come with Hyper-V.
Having said that, I've never used "Client Hyper-V", and Microsoft do like to randomly rip out cool features that it would cost them precisely nothing to leave in.
