For fatty cuts of meat, how do you count the calories?
For example bacon is absurdly high in calories imo at anywhere from 300 to 500 something calories per 100g, but a LOT of fat is rendered when you cook it, so how would you take that into account?
Same with duck breast or porkchops etc.

I'm pretty new with 18 hours in the game.
When I see people in level 20 and above playing low and even trivial difficulty missions, is it safe to assume they're collecting samples and super credits, and they're open to randoms joining to speed it up?
I'm collecting SC to buy some fashion and stuff, but it takes a while, and I don't like getting blue-balled by the bunker doors that require 2 people to open.
