It's not though.
The end of the prophecy is that the worlds are saved after the final tragedy. We have no idea what all that entails and what the outcome of saving the worlds like that are at this point, but that's probably more what everyone in this conspiracy is aiming for. Maybe it'll save Dess, maybe it'll protect Noelle, who knows. But something of the outcome is apparently so strong that Kris and the Knight are willing to go through all this to make it happen.
If the Knight just wanted the Roaring to happen, it had PLENTY of times to make a Titan in moments we couldn't stop it. Instead it waits till we've got climbing gear and Gerson ready to back us up and seal it. And given what Ralsei says AFTER all that, we haven't changed any part of the prophecy thus far, so even that Titan was expected.

But like, what value are you getting from this idea that some subconscious bit of Kris enjoys the Weird Route stuff? If the point is that they overwhelmingly hate it like we've been shown, what difference does it make if some modicum of Kris actually liked it like ERAM said?
ERAM's words there are to light a fire in Kris. It's about ERAM wanting Kris to actually try and fight back. Not just us controlling them, but actually having Kris enjoy some violence again. Which all leads into us actually trying against the Knight and eventually getting the Shadow Crystal. I'm pretty sure that's all ERAM really wanted, to push Kris enough so they (and us) wouldn't just roll over and accept the Knight winning without fighting for that Crystal. That's why the reward for Kris after all of it is the Shadow Mantle, a perfect handicap for the fight. But even then ERAM is a brat and forced Kris to go get it themselves instead of having MIni-Kris do it.

As the last anon said, "ERAM" comes from the intro track before the boss fight.
As the sprite thing shows, the actual thing we fight is the Shadow Mantle. But the voice in the intro says it's "holding" the Shadow Mantle, so presumably we don't see the real source of the voice in the fight. That voice is what people mean when they say "ERAM", not the Shadow Mantle itself.
"BURNING EYES" is a reference to what the voice wants. It says so after the fight, it wanted to see Kris' eyes "flickering like flames".
Also should note that there's files in the fight called "nightmare_boss" which probably means "ERAM" is meant to be "MARE" but backwards, as in nightmare.
