You get two from the base detachment and one from an apex, that's about it
Kinda sucks that while any other unit can be taken ad nauseam provided you buy centurions, legion units are very limited and you need to sacrifice other bonuses to even take them

What was the point of restricting dreads so much if you are going to nerf them into the ground? Like making dreads powerful but only being able to take lime 2 in a 3k army without sabotageing it elsewhere made sense. This just feels like a massive over correction. Doubly so because dreads ar big cool models and big cool models shpuld be strong. The rule of cool is the entire point of the setting.
