If you keep rolling you will get her eventually, bwo, you can keep using the goddess statues to keep buying her star pieces, they will get more expensive every 25 but you will eventually end up getting her if you keep rolling in the trainee banner. There's also that and in a few months we will get a pick ticket for free you can use, I think that one is only for supps I'm not sure but there will also be a pick ticket for trainees and you can just get her then, there's also the legend races I forgot, she will come around eventually and you can farm her star pieces then.

I don't think it's even possible if we are being realistic. Not only do you need to own a ranch, that is consistently big, not only to train the horse but to also house all of the facilities it needs, on top of hiring trainers, jockeys, people who can take care of the horse, feed it and treat it for any sort of illness or inconvenience (they are unironically, also very delicate animals), the logistics of transporting horses as well, and that's not even getting into the whole breeding part of it all. There's logistics into the way the grass the horse feeds on needs to be, make sure it gets all the nutrients, etc. It's a whole 'nother world that is probably really expensive if we are being realistic. Obviously you can own a horse and just have it chilling in a random farm if you have the acres for it, but raising a racinghorse is an entire different deal really.
