Looks fine in theory. I might switch the stam card for either Wit or Speed on shorter distances or Matikanefukukitaru out for another speed on longer front ones (though I do like the 7s on my med/longs).
You'll also want to switch out some cards for ones that give better skills for the position/distance you're training for, but that seems like a fine skeleton.
