Serious question /x/, what would the schizos among you do if you were stuck in a traditional fantasy world? Would you seek to break the script of whatever expectations were placed upon you?

Why are monotheistic religions antithetical to supernatural beings unaffiliated with Heaven and Hell? You can't have ghosts, nature spirits, whimsical tricksters, fairies or whatnot because they don't fit the framework of divine vs infernal, or any narrative concerning sin vs virtue, I think it's rather frustrating that monotheism force the supernatural into a strict dichotomy rather than having it be fluid and nuanced like humanity is.

Do /x/ agree that the whole heaven-hell dualism is fake and gay compared to the more complex beings found in mythology? There's deeper truths to be found about entities you can't predict than one that is either obviously holy or obviously damned.
