That's the thing I'm not, it's just the vanilla dark elf race + Mannaz. Up until recently it worked. The only thing I can think of is it might be a mod conflict that I never noticed because the active effects bar was cluttered

But I have another profile that's identical to this one minus a few sexlab mods and it works fine on that one so I truly have no fucking idea

What are some good quest mods or followers that are otherwise ruined by referring to the player as Dragonborn?
I might do one of those now
