I like them a lot. My friend and I have wanted them in since we were young teens so to see them as is is great!
That said, I can't help but feel this is a repeat of Tau in 40k. Introduction was met with similar "THEY'RE TOO GOOD FOR 40K!" , but I am fairly confident if Cathay is received well enough for them to be continued, damn right there will be some dirt beneath the surface.
