if you peek aggressively high ping can be very beneficial. just gotta play right with it. I had to get good at it to play with my american friends and it is really OP when you can just blast a guy for near half a second before he even sees you on his screen. just comes with the caveat that you'll get desync killed more often, but it's not like anybody on the american servers can shoot anyway so it's fine.
