I was talking to a friend about this subject when he was trying to recommend me some Sanderson stuff. He argued that it was impressive that he can put so many books out so fast but I can't help but think of that old quote "If I had more time I would have written a shorter letter" and that if people like him weren't rushing to get a book DONE so he can start the next one he might actually be able to fine tune it and not have it be a door stop.
