WRPG/CRPG combat usually is ass and not the good kind, its janky, shallow and a total mess.
Real-Time-With-Pause is one of the shittest systems and Divinity combat is good but is very flawed and Solasta has shit encounter design and bad game engine, Underrail is dogshit and Shadowrun is too braindead, Wasteland 3 is ok but also not impressive.
Actually a lot of JRPGs have much better combat than those older trashy Crpgs that people shill here.
