One of the three themes listed in the files that doesn't have an actual track accompanying it is "Onions Sauce Flavor for Geese", there's a few lines relating to materials/colors that he has and Fallen Rock doesn't, he had a movelist in the beta(unfinished and had some weird naming conventions so likely for internal use), he has a full set of normals whereas Fallen Rock has one crouching and one jumping normal(and maybe not even an air REV Blow?), and he has an animation/rig for sitting on the EOST menu(he had it day 1 when Ronaldo didn't).
Either he's coming at some point or got cut later in development, I assumed it was the former but with SNK's recent track record it could be the latter.
